During his six year tenure, Gerald was an independent director and chairman of the Compensation Committee and played a key advisory role in Besicorp's going private and other major transactions and decisions as well as significant litigation matters.
Polymer Solutions
For several years ( until it was sold to Chemcraft), Gerald Habib served as a Director of Polymer Solutions, Inc., a coatings/adhesive company. This company which owned AMT, a fast growing California-based water based coatings and adhesives company, was listed on the Vancouver Stock exchange as well as the OTC bulletin board. Gerald also served as a member of the executive committee and the audit committee.
Trans-Cycle Industries and TCI
For several years, until it’s eventual asset sales and monetization, Gerald was a Director of Trans-Cycle Industries, Inc. and TCI, Inc. companies in the U.S. and Canada. This privately held environmental services company, through its facilities in Alabama, New York and Ontario Canada, provides decontamination and recycling of obsolete and PCB contaminated electrical equipme awt and metals.
